Meet the Founder Latesheca Johnson is an accomplished education and workforce development leader with over a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable success. Her work is rooted in a powerful combination of strategy, structure, and service—allowing her to meet clients where they are and guide them to where they are called to be. She holds an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University. She is also a licensed K–12 educator in North Carolina and a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. Her professional journey spans leadership roles in K–12 education, higher education, and community-based programming, where she has led initiatives in instructional design, program development, and workforce readiness. She is known for creating impactful learning environments, strengthening partnerships, and delivering measurable, meaningful results.
